Why We Give

Because of your generosity, lives are being changed.

Giving is a natural response for believers of Jesus Christ. We receive God’s love and grace, and out of the overflow of a grateful heart, we give. By being generous, we honor the Lord, and His work on earth is advanced. As a result, lives are changed and we experience joy. Giving, therefore, is not something we want from you; giving is something we want for you.

When giving online, we recommend you create a Northview account. By creating an account you can schedule your giving and view your giving history. Guest giving is also available for one-time gifts. Giving online is safe and secure.

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.” Malachi 3:10

Tithing means contributing the first 10 percent of our income to the storehouse — our church — where we receive our spiritual strength. Understand that any other giving would be considered offerings and alms.

If you do not tithe, we challenge you to practice this biblical principle for the next three months. Make a commitment to God to give the first 10 percent of your income to the storehouse. To stay faithful to your giving commitment, you can set up recurring giving at  After 90 days, if it has created a financial crisis, or if you did not receive a blessing, we will refund all you gave from the date you submitted the card
