This week, we're continuing with week 2 of our series, "In My Head" where we will be diving deep into the topic of Mental Health. This week, we're talking about anxiety. The effects of anxiety are reaching all-time high levels in our society. Why is it so easy to be anxious? Why does anxiety plague so many of us? Our hope is that we can provide a biblically-based answer that will help you discover ways Christ has already, is, and will continue to DEFEAT the anxiety that so often attacks us.
