Troubleshooting

There are two ways you can log in to your Northview App Dashboard: 

#1 - With Your Phone Number 

  1. Open the app and click through to your dashboard.
  2. Enter your phone number as prompted and the code subsplash will text to you.
  3. If you are not immediately logged into your dashboard, repeat step 2 until you see a link above the space where you're prompted to enter your phone number.
  4. When you see the link, tap on it and give the app permission to load on your phone. This should get you into your dashboard. 

#2 - With Your Email Address 

  1. Below the Phone Number Login lookup button you'll see "Login with Username/Password Instead" - Tap this. 
  2. If you know what information you used for your Northview Account, you can enter that and sign in. If you do NOT know the information you used for your Northview Account, tap "Forgot Account". 
  3. Enter Your email address and tap "Email me reset instructions". Follow the steps in the email to log in to your account. 

If you have ever registered for an event, attended a class, texted "HI", or filled out a First Time Guest card, you have an account. Do not create a new account. 


As long as your student's cell phone number and email address are updated, they'll be able to sign in to their account the same way that you do. You can update profile information by going to northviewchurch.us/myaccount.

Once you're in the Northview App, tap on the Dashboard icon. Scroll down to the section titled "My Information" and tap the "Edit Profile" button. 

If you're unable to get into your app and think you may need to update your information on your account, go to northviewchurch.us/myaccount
